Your use of this Site is conditioned on your acceptance of these Terms. By using this Site, you signify your acceptance to these Terms. You cannot use this Site if you do not agree to these Terms.

These Terms are provided along with a “Privacy Policy” and “Refund Policy.” Your acceptance of these Terms likewise constitutes your acceptance of the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms govern your use of this Site. The Privacy Policy sets-forth the bases upon which PassportPhotos.com may use information that you provide in registering for and using the Site. The Refund Policy concerns your entitlement to a refund of monies that you pay for our services.

1. OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU. At PassportPhotos.com, we aim to provide superb customer service by being polite, kind and helpful, and meeting commitments to you (i.e., providing you with your passport photo and/or passport application within specified time periods).

To insure our commitments, we have developed this Site to be intuitive and user-friendly.

If you follow our prompts, and if you have all of your required information, and if you properly complete the required form fields, you should not experience processing delays. Yet, if you fail to accurately follow our prompts, the processing of your order may be delayed.

It is extremely important for you to understand that we cannot control the weather or the performance of overnight courier services such as Federal Express, UPS, DHL, the US Postal Service and others. If they experience extreme weather conditions, labor strikes, airport closures or lose your paperwork, for example, we cannot be held responsible.

To avoid such scenarios, we use the industry’s best and most reputable courier services, but even they are not perfect 100% of the time.

2. WHEN DOES OUR DELIVERY COMMITMENT START. Our processing and delivery commitment to you (i.e., 1-day turnaround, 2-day turnaround, 3-day turnaround, etc.) commences when we have received payment for services and documentation rendered.

3. DELAYS. During world health crisis and pandemic events, significant delays can occur that may impact PassportPhotos.com’s ability to deliver within communicated time frames. These delays are out of our control and under no circumstances shall we be held liable.

4. OWNERSHIP. This Site is owned by PassportPhotos.com. Your use of this Site and our other ones is with our permission, and does not transfer to you or create in you an ownership right or interest in this Site or the others including in regards to any of our content, copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property rights owned or displayed by us on such sites.

5. REFUND POLICY. At PassportPhotos.com we pride ourselves on our superior biometric technology. We want to make sure you are satisfied with your order and our service. As a digital product, we must address our policies with care.

We have addressed this in 2 ways:

  1. 1. If your photo has been reviewed by our team, and deemed unviable, you will receive a credit for the full amount of the photo total cost. You will then have the opportunity to take the photo again.

  2. 2. If your photo has been processed digitally by email or by our Print and Ship service, unfortunately, no refund is available unless your photo is rejected by the relevant authority. In that case and upon reception of proof of rejection, our team will re-process the photo at no cost and issue a refund.
